Salary Range:

$103,450.00 - $169,960.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.

Reporting to the Director of Accounts Payable, this role will help strengthen financial operations, maintain appropriate internal controls, and ensure the effective stewardship of organizational resources.

The Accounts Payable Manager will partner closely with department leaders, finance and shared services teams, and external vendors to improve financial processes and deliver responsive, high-quality service across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative, customer-focused leader with experience managing daily AP operations, developing efficient systems, building cross-functional relationships, and supporting compliance with accounting standards, organizational policies, and grant requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required. Minimum of five years of progressive accounts payable or accounting experience. Strong knowledge of accounts payable operations, accounting principles, internal controls, and financial best practices. Experience with ERP systems, electronic invoice processing, and financial workflow management. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and financial reporting tools. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Position Objective:

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience in equipment rental or Shoring industry plus 2+ years of direct sales experience
  • Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills a must
  • Requires a proven sales track record in solution-selling approach
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Requires a strong technical background, detail-oriented along with the ability effectively present technical information to engineers, project managers and executive management

Our client is a very busy medical clinic, with sites all over the Greater Indianapolis area.  

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant in Avon, IN This position will require the individual to perform both medical assistant and medical receptionist duties, providing support to multiple departments and physicians as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

- Schedule and confirm appointments for patients

- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member

- Check patients in and update their information in the electronic medical records system

- Assist with patient registration and insurance verification

- Collect and process payments from patients

- Prepare exam rooms and assist with patient exams as needed

- Perform basic medical procedures such as taking vital signs, administering injections, and collecting specimens

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office and exam rooms

- Follow all HIPAA and OSHA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and safety

- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant and/or Medical Receptionist

- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in using electronic medical records systems

- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

The extruder operator will also play a pivotal role in identifying and delivering continuous improvement projects within the packaging hall.Pay: $25- $30 shift premiumShift: 2-2-3 schedule (12 hour Day & Night Shifts)Key ResponsibilitiesThis role will be an entry level role into the Extrusion/Processing role and will develop capability to perform the following Responsibilities:Perform all of the following duties on a rotational basis in the processing area of the plant.
