arlington, tx
Compensation: 90.000 - 120.000

Senior Energy Recruiter | 2,000+ Strategic Placements | Helping Top Talent Shape the Future of Decarbonized Energy at BKV | Upstream • Midstream •…

We need someone who can design compression systems, manage construction projects, and speak the language of midstream operations.

BKV Corporation is a $2B publicly‑traded energy company doing something distinctive—we're vertically integrated across upstream natural gas production, midstream operations, power generation, and operational carbon capture (CCUS). We're not just talking about it. We're building it.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and optimize compression systems, pipeline infrastructure, and processing facilities
  • Manage construction projects from concept through completion—initial design, P&ID development, pre‑construction planning, and field execution
  • Develop P&IDs and process flow diagrams using AutoCAD or similar CAD software
  • Work with engineering contractors to ensure quality control and project delivery
  • Optimize midstream operations: throughput, compression efficiency, pipeline performance
  • Collaborate across operations, land, procurement, and environmental teams to execute projects safely and on budget
  • Apply hands‑on construction knowledge to solve field challenges in real time

What We Need:

  • 7‑10 years in midstream facilities engineering with direct construction project management experience
  • Proven ability to manage projects from ground‑up—concept, design, engineering, construction execution
  • Strong compression system design and optimization background
  • Pipeline modeling experience (process modeling tools)
  • P&ID development proficiency using AutoCAD or equivalent
  • Cross‑functional collaboration skills—you've worked with operations, land, procurement, and environmental teams
  • Ideal background: Smaller midstream shops where you wore multiple hats (generalist over narrow specialist)
  • Bonus: CO₂ compression or CCUS project experience

Why Engineers Choose BKV:

  • Vertically integrated operations: Work across upstream, midstream, power generation, and CCUS—not siloed into one narrow function
  • Real projects: Your designs get built and commissioned, not shelved
  • Financial stability: Profitable public company ($2B) investing in growth and operational CCUS technology
  • Fort Worth base: Lower cost of living, direct access to Barnett Field operations, established energy community
  • Collaborative culture: Leadership values practical engineering judgment and cross‑functional teamwork

Location: Fort Worth, TX (DFW Metroplex)

Education: BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering

Software: AutoCAD for P&ID development; pipeline modeling tools

Experience Level: 7‑10 years in midstream facilities and construction

If this aligns with your background and you've researched BKV's operations, let's have a conversation.
