The Wholesale Parts Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for driving wholesale parts gross generation across multiple OEM brands and dealership locations through proactive sales engagement, order processing, and account management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage wholesale parts sales through phone, email, and digital ordering platforms including OPS, OEC, CCC, and Parts Trader.
  • Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across multiple OEM brands and dealership inventories to maximize order capture and improve customer service levels.
  • Build strong relationships with collision centers, independent repair facilities, and wholesale accounts to increase customer retention and parts penetration.

Provides input as needed to IEP's of Students with Disabilities ensuring the implementation of modifications including co-teaching as needed.10. Assists the administration in implementing all policies and rules governing student life and conduct and, for the classroom, develops reasonable rules of classroom behavior and procedure, and maintains order in the classroom in a fair and just manner13. Makes provision for being available to students and parents for education-related purposes outside the instructional day when required or requested to do so under reasonable terms14. Establishes relationships with colleagues, students, parents and community which reflect recognition of and respect for every individual15. Plans and supervises purposeful assignments for instructional assistants, teacher assistants, and volunteers ( )16. May evaluate paraprofessional's job performance with department heads and/or administrators17. Maintains fair and accurate grading policies and procedures, attendance, email and web pages as required through the technology system provided by the RCSS18. Ability to work effectively with administrators, colleagues, central office, and school based staff, students, parents and community. Excellent oral and written communication and human relations skills.EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND Experience:Valid Master Cosmetologist or Cosmetology Instructor license issued by the Georgia State Board of Cosmetology And Minimum of a high school diplomaCERTIFICATE AND LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:Meets Georgia state certification requirements in appropriate field of education.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Ability to move around the classroom including stooping, bending, standing for extended periods and move heavy objects up to 20 pounds. Crisis intervention may require participating in physical restraints.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:Required to attend school meetings, programs and activities outside the instructional day as mandated by RCBOE contract.
