Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Inspects and repairs company's medical and related technical equipment in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.

To Succeed:

  • The knowledge and ability to operate smart devices (e.g., smart phone, tablets), computers and hand held scanning devices are required.
  • The ability to read, write and follow written and oral instructions is required to ensure accurate completion of DME equipment repairs, maintenance, and set up.
  • The ability to protect and maintain the confidentiality of patient protected health information and follow standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with CHAP and HIPAA is required.
  • Good organization and prioritization skills are required to plan and stage equipment as describe.
  • A safety orientation is required to perform work (e.g., driving, delivery, set up, loading and stocking of durable medical equipment as described) and follow safety operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
  • A current state issued driver's license is required
  • Clean driving record for the past 3 years
  • Pass a background check
  • The ability to utilize basic tools e.g., wrench, screwdrivers etc. to set up or repair durable medical equipment

Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical and all other systems. Focus on establishing and maintaining service-oriented relationships with customers. Qualifications

Successful completion of a formal technical training program preferred or equivalent Ag machinery experience and knowledge required. Electrical and hydraulic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills needed. Basic computer skills are needed, especially with programs such as Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, and CAT Programs. Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service. Maintain quality service by leaving customer's equipment appearance in excellent condition and fix all maintenance issues. Excellent communication skills are needed. To be successful in this position you must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be a self-started and able to adapt to change. Willingness to work overtime, weekends when needed and possibility of some overnight travel. Must live in Altorfer Ag Central Illinois territory or willingness to relocation within designated territory. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record. An Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team consists of a community-based group of medical, behavioral health and rehabilitation professionals who use a team approach to meet the needs of an individual with severe and persistent mental illness. ACTT is a team dedicated to reducing and eliminating the symptoms of severe mental illness and to enhance the individual's quality of life. The purpose of the AP/QP Generalist is to serve as a therapeutic resource to consumers as a member of an established Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT)

Job Duties include:
  • Serves as an active member of the ACT Team, participates in team meetings, and provides input into the person-centered planning process.
  • Show knowledge and use of clinical process to achieve positive outcomes to include: evaluation, assessment, service, treatment planning, intervention techniques, aftercare, and transition planning.
  • Remain available face to face or by telephone, 24 hours a day 7 days a week as staff serves as the first responder in the event of crisis situations. The service site will be at any location the consumer or family needs.
  • Effectively use clinical and administrative supervision to improve to quality and performance of services for consumers and organizations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage an assigned caseload and meet the direct care billable productivity expectations of the organization.

Basic Requirements:
  • Ability to perform tasks on the computer including working with Microsoft 360, Excel, Word and other basic programs.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance coverage and reliable transportation.
  • Pass criminal background check and other regulatory checks
  • Provide proof of your education.

Education and Experience Required:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work or closely related Human Services area.
  • Two (2) years of professional MH work experience with adults.
