Job Summary

We are looking to hire Corporate Counsel with excellent communication skills and extensive contract drafting experience. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in independently handling commercial contract negotiations. As a member of MPS’ Legal department, this person will work closely with other team members and collaborate with MPS’ internal stakeholders and business groups to provide strategic legal advice on commercial transactions.

Responsibilities Include

  • Support and manage commercial contract negotiations with strategic partners and customers.
  • Collaborate and advise internal clients on complex commercial transactions while thinking strategically about mitigating legal risks and providing practical, business-oriented guidance.
  • Advise and support sales and operations on a wide variety of complex commercial agreements, including direct engagements and supply agreements with customers and partners.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate agreements with vendors and critical suppliers, partners, and customers in a complex supply chain.
  • Develop and customize novel agreements without use of templates.
  • Use excellent business judgment to assess legal risk, drive projects, and identify pragmatic and creative legal and business solutions.
  • Build relationships with various teams and internal clients across the organization to collaborate, identify and resolve issues, and drive deals to completion.

Requirements

  • J.D. from accredited law school and admitted to the bar in good standing.
  • 5+ years of legal practice experience at a law firm and/or in-house, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Knowledge of commercial laws and substantial expertise with a wide variety of commercial transactions, including developing, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with multi-national companies.
  • Ability to shift priorities and handle multiple, competing tasks under tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Summary: The Senior Director, Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) conducts high level investigations for OPR and assists with vetting and assessing employee hotline complaints and referrals, management and coordination of OPR investigations across the department, and dissemination and tracking of complaints referred to the field for investigation.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Director, Office of Professional Responsibility conducts OPR investigations regarding allegations of serious misconduct.
  • Responsible for vetting employee hotline complaints/referrals, evaluating severity of the alleged conduct and assigning appropriate entity to investigate and/or address.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
  • Active Florida bar license, or ability to obtain authorized house counsel
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a lawyer, with at least 3+ years related to litigation, labor and employment litigation preferred
  • Well‑rounded in‑house counsel experience with working directly with business decisionmakers
  • Impeccable attention to detail and pride in one’s work product
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable business terms to elicit well‑informed business decisions
  • Comfortable spotting issues and escalating to the team when necessary
  • Outstanding writing, research, negotiating, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Adept at technical tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, AI and document sharing and e‑signing tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, challenging environment
  • Not above performing administrative tasks relating to legal or compliance assignments as needed

The Opportunity

As a Front Office Strategy Consulting - Marketing & Commercial Strategy Senior Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on customer-centric marketing strategies. You will analyze customer behavior, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and offer guidance to help clients optimize their marketing efforts, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your influence, skills, and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to elevate issues.

In this role, you will be part of our Customer Consulting team, focusing on enhancing client experiences and driving business growth. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story. You will apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities, validate outcomes with clients, and share alternative perspectives. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the development and execution of customer‑centric marketing strategies to enhance client engagement and drive revenue growth
  • Guiding teams in crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story
  • Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client marketing initiatives
  • Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on client feedback to refine strategies
  • Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, maintaining composure and focus on objectives
  • Developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive high‑performing teams to achieve operational excellence
  • Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to foster team development and effectiveness
  • Utilizing CRM software and digital marketing tools to enhance customer relationship management and marketing operations

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 7 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
