Excellent Opportunity to join program dedicated to providing Senior Care in The Bronx, NY. We strive to provide All-inclusive Care for the Elderly through (PACE). PACE is a community-based healthcare program created for people 55 and over who require nursing home level care but prefer to receive care in their home. Also known as PACE, Program for All Inclusive Care for the Elderly. This position will offer a highly desired quality of life practice that is not wRVU driven.You can expect to see 10 patients per day or less.


Qualifications


  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Trained
    • Preference for Geriatric training but not required.
  • Mission Driven and can work well with a team.

Opportunity Highlights

  • Salary of $250,000 and up. Based on experience
