Responsibilities:

  • Validates specimen identification and appropriateness of sample type and size and prioritizes workload according to handling protocols defined in section manuals within the established turnaround times
  • Performs required quality control procedures according to the written guidelines in the section procedure manuals as documented on QC log sheets
  • Performs daily maintenance and calibration procedures to ensure proper functioning of instruments
  • Maintains files for special stain and immunohistochemistry request sheets and for AP study sheets and maintains filing systems for blocks and slides
  • Performs mandated reading assignments and reviews and signs off on procedure manuals, communication logs, and memorandums in a timely manner
  • Participates in proficiency testing programs to validate instruments and competency

You will serve as the internal owner and technical authority for Digital Realty's SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform, defining how identity governance operates at enterprise scale. This role leads the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) strategy, architecture, and delivery, ensuring access lifecycle management, certifications, and compliance controls are designed and executed to meet global regulatory and operational requirements. As the enterprise lead for SailPoint ISC, you will drive the evolution of Digital Realty's identity governance program while partnering across Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, and Business teams. This is not an execution roleit is a program leadership position with direct accountability for how identity governance operates across a globally regulated enterprise.

  • Own and drive the multi-year IGA roadmap and strategy.
