Sales Prospecting Coach

Austin, US

Dialpad is the AI platform for customer experience, built to resolve customer problems in real time across voice and digital. Our AI agents learn from your best human agents and improve with every interaction, helping organizations understand their customers, deliver better experiences, increase operational efficiencies, and build a lasting competitive advantage.

Unlike legacy systems built to route and answer, or standalone agentic bot vendors built to deflect, Dialpad was built to resolve. Our AI agents and human agents operate on a single platform with shared context, allowing Agentic AI to resolve issues, advance deals, and eliminate busywork through automation while seamlessly handing conversations to humans when needed, with full context preserved.

Market-leading brands, including Randstad, Motorola Solutions, Netflix, the San Diego Padres, the Colorado Rockies Baseball Club, and Cal Athletics, trust Dialpad. Dialpad is backed by Andreessen Horowitz, GV, ICONIQ Capital, and T-Mobile.

Being a Dialer At Dialpad, AI isn't just a feature; it's how our teams do their best work every day. We put powerful AI tools in every employee's hands so they can move faster, think bigger, and achieve more.

We believe every conversation matters. And we've built the platform that turns those conversations into insight and action, for our customers and ourselves.

We look for people who are intensely curious and hold themselves to a high bar. Our ambition is significant, and achieving it requires a team that operates at the highest level. We seek individuals who embody our core traits: Scrappy, Curious, Optimistic, Persistent, and Empathetic.

Your role As a Sales Prospecting Coach, you will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel excellence across our Account Executive and sales development organizations. Operating onsite in our Austin and Tempe offices, you will work directly with sellers to refine outbound strategy, elevate call execution, and build targeted vertical prospecting skills.

You will leverage call analytics, real-time AI conversation insights, and hands-on coaching sessions to evaluate AE calls, identify skill gaps, and provide actionable feedback. Bringing deep domain expertise in outbound prospecting and industry verticals, you will empower sales reps to convert targeted accounts into high-value pipeline opportunities.

This position reports to our Manager of GTM Sales Enablement and has the opportunity to be based in our Austin, Texas and Tempe, Arizona offices. The expectation is to work in the office 4 days per week, aligned with Sales in-office days, with the option to work remotely on the remaining day.

What you'll do

  • AE Call Assessment & Coaching: Systematically audit and assess Account Executive discovery and cold outreach calls to evaluate sales pitch delivery, objection handling, value framing, and closing techniques.
  • 1:1 & Group Coaching: Conduct weekly 1:1 call reviews and interactive group role-play workshops in our Austin and Tempe offices to continuously upgrade seller call execution.
  • Vertical Prospecting Strategy: Build and deliver targeted prospecting playbooks tailored to specific industry verticals, equipping reps with sector-specific terminology, pain points, and value propositions.
  • Multi-Stakeholder Account Mapping & Sequencing: Map economic buyers, champions, influencers, and blockers, and coach reps on strategic sequencing: who to reach first, how messaging should shift by persona, and how to obtain warm introductions across a buying committee rather than repeating the same pitch to multiple people.
  • Cross-Functional Strategic Feedback Loop: Translate rep-level field patterns and feedback into actionable insights for Sales Ops and Marketing to refine ICP definitions, territory design, and messaging.
  • Outbound Pipeline Acceleration: Partner with sales leadership to analyze rep conversion metrics, outbound activity levels, and call outcomes to drive pipeline growth.
  • Call Intelligence & AI Utilization: Utilize conversation intelligence tools (including Dialpad's native AI capabilities) to track trending talk tracks, competitive mentions, and common buyer objections across rep interactions.
  • Manager Enablement & Coaching: Build and deliver targeted enablement programs for front-line sales leaders, equipping managers with the frameworks, tools, and coaching strategies needed to effectively empower and upscale their Account Executives.
  • Onsite Collaboration: Serve as a visible, high-impact mentor present on both the Austin, TX and Tempe, AZ sales floors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and friendly competition.

Skills you'll bring

  • 7-10 years of combined experience in B2B SaaS Sales, Sales Coaching, or Sales Enablement, with a proven track record as an Account Executive or Sales Prospecting Lead.
  • Deep Outbound Prospecting Mastery: Expertise in cold calling, multi-touch cadences, objection handling, account mapping, and cold email copy strategy.
  • Vertical Industry Experience: Demonstrated success developing messaging and prospecting strategies across specialized industry verticals (e.g., Tech, Financial Services, Healthcare & Retail).
  • Call Evaluation & Feedback Capability: Experience conducting structured call audits, providing constructive rep feedback, and developing targeted skill-remediation plans.
  • Onsite Presence: Ability to work onsite at the Austin, TX and Tempe, AZ sales offices as required by leadership.
  • Strong Facilitation & Presentation Skills: Comfortable leading high-energy workshops, live call sessions, and interactive role-plays.
  • Tool Acumen: Familiarity with modern sales tech stacks (Salesforce, Salesloft, Highspot & Dialpad).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.

Why Join Dialpad

  • Work at the center of the AI transformation in business communications
  • Build and ship agentic AI products that are redefining how companies operate
  • Join a team where AI amplifies every employee's impact
  • Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and real opportunities for growth

Escondido, CA

Pay: $19.50–$23.50/hour (based on experience and availability) Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time (multiple shifts available) Location: Client's private residence, Escondido, CA Work Setting: In person

Make a Meaningful Impact

We are looking for a caring, dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide 1:1 support to a respectful and very capable 37-year-old man who is Deaf and Autistic and lives in his own home in Escondido. This is a chance to do work that truly matters — helping someone live a full, independent life on his own terms.

Our agency is built on person-centered support, clear communication, and dignity. If those values matter to you, we'd love to meet you.

About the Role

As a DSP, you'll support our client through his daily routines, help him stay connected to his community, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home. Your steady presence and respectful support will directly shape his quality of life and well-being. No bathing or personal grooming care is required.

What You'll Do

  • Provide respectful, individualized support with daily routines, including cooking, light cleaning, and home organization.
  • Provide safe transportation to local stores, appointments, and community activities, with clear communication throughout.
  • Encourage independence and help the client build and maintain daily living skills.
  • Support social engagement and meaningful community involvement.
  • Observe and document the client's mood, behavior, and any changes, and report concerns promptly.
  • Help keep the home clean, organized, and safe by following health and safety protocols.
  • Use positive, respectful approaches to support the client and gently redirect when needed.
  • Build a trusting, consistent, professional relationship grounded in companionship and respect.
Communication & ASL

Because our client is Deaf, communication is at the heart of this role. Willingness to learn American Sign Language (ASL) is essential — and we provide ASL training to help you succeed. Prior ASL experience is a plus but not required. What matters most is patience, openness, and a genuine commitment to connecting.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience supporting individuals who are Deaf, Autistic, or neurodivergent is valued — but not required. We're happy to train the right person.
  • Willingness to learn ASL (training provided).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • A reliable vehicle for transportation to and from the client's home.
  • Ability to pass a Live Scan fingerprint background check and drug screening, per California regulations.
  • Strong communication, patience, and a team-player attitude.
  • CPR certification is a plus.

We're hiring for several shifts and can build a full-time or part-time schedule around your availability:

Evening shifts (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM):

  • Tuesday
  • Thursday
  • Friday
Evening shift (4:00 PM – 10:00 PM):

  • Saturday
  • Sunday
  • Monday
Please note: Overnight shifts are assigned only after the client has gotten to know you and approves. New team members start on day and evening shifts and typically become eligible for overnight shifts after about 1–2 months. This helps build the trust and comfort that matter most in someone's home.

Additional shifts and coverage may open up over time — we can discuss during the interview. Dependability is key.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive pay: $19.50–$23.50/hour for day and evening shifts, based on experience and availability

What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day

You will be the face of Regency on-site, acting as a true mechanical problem-solver. Your territory will span our regional commercial and restaurant accounts, keeping their vital systems up, running, and efficient.

  • System Installations & Upgrades: Install new HVAC systems, electrical components, and food-service units safely and to spec.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled inspections, test electrical wiring, optimize system performance, and handle routine maintenance to maximize equipment uptime for our clients.
  • Document Your Work: Keep clean, accurate, paper-based maintenance logs of work completed and parts used.
  • Be a Partner to the Client: Communicate clearly with restaurant managers and facility operators so they know exactly what was fixed and why.

What We Are Looking For

The Absolute Must-Haves:

  • EPA Section 608 Certification (required for handling refrigerants).
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (to operate the company truck).
  • The "Road Warrior" Mentality: Willingness to travel regionally to client sites across Western MA, Connecticut, and Upstate NY.

The Ideal Profile (Preferred):

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC/R or commercial kitchen equipment maintenance/installation. (We will also consider sharp, motivated entry-level candidates with high mechanical aptitude!).
  • Diagnostic Mindset: Strong understanding of electrical wiring, refrigeration principles, and mechanical systems. You don't just swap parts; you find the root cause.
  • Problem-Solvers: Ability to work independently in both indoor and outdoor environments, manage your time effectively, and handle safety protocols without hand-holding.

If you're ready to escape the corporate grind, drive a well-stocked company truck, and work with a team that actually has your back, we want to talk to you.
