Job Purpose

Job Duties

  • Provide service support for assigned individual Life and Health accounts.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding policies, billing, claims, coverage, and general account maintenance.
  • Process policy changes, beneficiary updates, ownership changes and other service transactions.
  • Assist with policy delivery and explanation of policy summaries when appropriate.
  • Support retention efforts through proactive client follow-up and service activities.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation within agency management and CRM systems.
  • Assist Producers and Account Managers with application processing and new business submissions.
  • Gather underwriting information and required documentation from clients.

Education, Job Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
