We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care that will help change patient's lives for the better at the comfort of their homes.

The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats residents, under orders from a physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to restore loss of muscle strength, coordination and body alignment, to relieve pain and to improve movement and function. The Physical Therapist participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

  • Performs physical therapy assessments, diagnostic tests, skilled procedures, and ongoing evaluation for clients who are receiving services under a medically approved Plan of Care.
  • Completes initial assessments within forty-eight (48) hours of referral unless other arrangements are made.
  • Completes comprehensive assessments including OASIS data set within forty-eight (48) hours of referral for speech therapy services unless other arrangements are made.
  • Develops a therapy care plan to provide direction to other health team members involved in the plan of care. Reviews and updates per Agency policy and client need.
  • Documents all findings, plans, interventions, and outcomes and submits documentation to the Agency within seven (7) days or per Agency policy.
  • Communicates plans and changes to the physician and to the client Case Manager and other caregivers through the care plan, progress notes, and participation in care conferences.
  • Communicates changes in schedule and physician orders to the office on the day the changes are made.
  • Implements teaching appropriate to the client's needs and within the context of his/her environment and learning ability.
  • Assesses knowledge level of client and identifies learning needs.
  • Plans, teaches, supervises, and counsels clients about their physical therapy needs to promote improvement or recovery, symptom management of disease process, and community resources.

  • Has a current license/registration as a Physical Therapist in the state(s) of practice.

Job Description

Position Summary: Develops new prospects and interacts with customers within a defined territory to increase sales of company product offerings and services.

Essential Functions:

1. Calls on and visits prospects and existing customers to determine customer’s needs. Offers solution(s) through the knowledge of product specifications and applications.

2. Assists customer in selecting the appropriate product for the need. May suggest add-ons and options to meet that need by applying sales techniques. Delivers and demonstrates products for customer evaluations.

3. Familiar with the standard concepts, practices and procedures in the demonstration and sale of commercial lawncare and construction equipment including financing and contract preparation.

4. Develops quotations for customers using established guidelines. Consults with Sales Manager on any special considerations.

5. Prepares closing paperwork for sold units and prepares management reports.

Other Functions:

1. Attends fairs and trade shows to present company product offerings.

2. May cover sales positions at other locations as needed.

3. Maintains contact with customers to ensure Customer Satisfaction and to develop other sales opportunities.

4. Other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education: Associates degree or equivalent

Experience: 1-4 years in equipment sales or in a related field

Specific Skills: Sales and marketing skills, math competency and skilled driver.

Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.: Knowledge of contracts, financing arrangements and titling, demonstration of equipment, valid Drivers license with DOT Health Card for CMV’s.

Working Conditions: Heavy local travel in variable weather conditions, exterior demonstration of tractors and related equipment.
