Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Provide insurance related information and guidance to field/clients
• Prospect, identify, and develop new clients from referral or cold calling
• Educate clients on HUB's value, service, and offerings
• Prepare/assist in contracting of clients and any required paperwork
• Develop and maintain current knowledge of HUB's core business partners and their products
• Work optimally with team to ensure sales targets are achieved
• Work with clients to ensure the optimal coverage is offered, including quoting and/or follow-up
• Support clients by providing technical support, product education, etc.
• Maintain and continually update HUB's client database
• Attend and participate in ongoing education for industry knowledge

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of industry experience
• Currently licensed in good standing in required lines and states.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills required
• The preferred candidate is a team player with a great attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent working experience

Assistant Store Manager

An Assistant Store Manager, or Assistant Store Manager, is responsible for making sure that the daily operations of a retail outlet run smoothly by supporting staff on the sales floor and handling administrative duties. Their duties include inspecting inventory shipments, resolving customer complaints and training new team members.

Assist the store manager in realizing or exceeding determined sales plans and target metric objectives

Ensure consistent execution of company's marketing and visual presentation

Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise on counter or tables to promote sales

Train staff on how to drive sales through consistent development of product knowledge and customer service standards

Ensure compliance to policies and procedures and report concerns to senior management

Maintain proper inventory controls, facilitate inventory transaction and bulk count as guided by senior management

Ensure the store is secured at closing by checking if the doors are locked, alarms are set and all safes are locked

As a Qualcomm Data Center AI Chipset Project Engineer (Chipset PE) you will plan and execute state-of-the-art chipsets through all phases from concept to commercialization across all engineering teams. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leverages expert knowledge of Data Center chipsets to influence and oversee chipset development and ensures chips are performing the functions of a device and associated Software/Firmware.
• Oversees the resolution of all engineering issues on the chipset whether within a specific subsystem, or across subsystems, functions, and chipset components.
• Outlines schedules, costs, requirements, and KPIs (e.g., power, performance, reliability) from concept to commercialization.
• Influences development of new methodology for verification of KPIs (performance, power, and quality) of all components across the chipset; provides technical oversight to teams conducting hardware, software, or systems-level testing, verification, and validation to ensure project plans and specifications are met.
• Sets guidelines for writing detailed technical documentation and feature descriptions; writes and reviews documentation.

Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
