  • Position responsibilities include, but not limited to

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime and maintain continuous operations
  • Conduct equipment inspections to identify wear, defects, or potential failures and perform timely repairs or replacements
  • Install, align, calibrate, and commission new equipment and production lines as required
  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, restore equipment to operational status, and communicate maintenance activities to production personnel
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and parts inventory within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
  • Follow all applicable safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Confined Space Entry, Hot Work, and other required safety programs
  • Comply with all food safety, quality, and sanitation standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and HACCP requirements
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency
