Job Description

The Director, Commercial Banking is primarily responsible for managing and directing the overall sales, service and business development efforts in an assigned geographical region; manages the loan portfolio. This includes making and servicing a wide variety of business and individual loans, both secured and unsecured, the majority of which involve large amounts of money and/or direct business owners. Leads and develops Market Managers, Team Leaders, and Relationship Managers in their solicitation of new business and management of current business relationships. How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will direct commercial lending and sales/service activities within a designated geographical area; determine work priorities and schedules work assignments, interview and recommend candidates; evaluate, orient, counsel and train subordinate personnel and recommends associated personnel actions.
  • You will develop and maintain commercial loan/deposit business in an effort to meet or exceed planned growth and contribution while formulating and expanding business development and sales activities through aggressive marketing efforts involving contact with existing and potential customers in person and on the phone.
  • You will provide on the job training and serve as a resource to less experienced officers in the areas of marketing, new business development, sales and service.   • You will define annual department objectives; including developing the operating plan, including budgets and manpower requirements while maintaining compliance with senior management decisions.
  • You will develop sales/service programs to comply with organization requirements to achieve the sales goals of department/division and you will monitor financial performance, trends, and other quantitative measures to determine areas of emphasis for enhanced future performance.
  • You will supervise and develop Managers, Team Leaders, and Account Managers to ensure effective maintenance and development of existing account relationships and solicitation of new business.
  • You will represent the Bank in the community to further enhance its image and to develop and promote additional business.
  • You will identify, develop, and recommend revisions of internal standards, policies, operating procedures, and new programs to improve efficiency while providing staff with clear and concise written guidelines.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in a business related field and 9-10 years’ experience in a sales management/supervisory capacity in a financial institution, or equivalent experience of 15-16 years. Preferences: Sales aptitude/self-motivated/goal oriented; Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.

We are hiring Anesthesiologists for labor and delivery services. The OB Anesthesiologist role requires working in a collaborative care team environment alongside other anesthesia professionals, including physicians and CRNAs, to provide exceptional care for the patients we serve.
