Job Summary

The Leader in Me (LIM) Coach and Consultant will partner with all school stakeholders to ensure they achieve high-leverage results, aligned to specific district/school goals, with LIM implementation year after year.

Focus will be on building exceptional relationships with existing LIM schools. This is achieved through virtual and onsite delivery of coaching sessions and workshops. Frequent virtual communication will include “in between the seams” touchpoints and providing additional resources and guidance on implementation. This intentional focus supports schools by engaging all stakeholders in progressing to ‘Lighthouse’ results and beyond.

  • LIM Coaches will be assigned LIM schools with the following coaching responsibilities:
    • Steward quality and engagement of LIM implementation to ensure alignment with their school improvement or district strategic plan, and achievement of high leverage results.
    • Deliver virtual and onsite coaching sessions that include but are not limited to understanding the school history, pre-consult calls to determine focus and plan of day, delivery of day, and follow-up communication to include our Leader in Me Journey collaboration space on the “Leader in Me Online".
    • Stay current with relevant educational trends and technology platforms in an effort to serve as a partner to our schools.
    • Engage Principals and Lighthouse Coordinators, from multiple LIM schools, through Community Learning Days.
    • Facilitate strong relationships with existing schools and district leaders to help them understand the LIM process, schedule next steps, support retention efforts, & expand the LIM process.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional regional team to communicate value of LIM process & coaching to prospective schools.
  • LIM Coaches will deliver virtual and onsite workshops each year to schools throughout North America, primarily during the summer months.
  • Ability to travel independently (including overnight travel) up to 80% of the time depending on the needs of the business throughout the year.

Your role will focus on understanding clients' current states and applying your knowledge and best practices to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Your key responsibilities

You will be a key resource on large-scale WFM related projects, primarily UKG WFM. In this role, you should be able to deliver quality client service and work products, deliver insightful solutions and balance multiple priorities. Gain advanced knowledge of the UKG (legacy Kronos) Dimensions or Workforce Central system. Support workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, development, and support. You will contribute to implementation services pre-sales and sales strategies (direct to end-client sales). Assist in facilitating working sessions for both internal and client teams, tailoring strategic objectives to meet specific client needs. Help create functional and technical design documents, test plans, test cases, user training documents, and implementation documentation. Analyze data or facts and assist in summarizing and presenting findings. Support thought leadership initiatives to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools, or services. Participate in full life cycle activities (Discovery, Design, Configuration, Build, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, Migration, and Postproduction Support).

Skills and attributes for success

  • Advanced Scheduling, with strong configuration experience, especially in sectors like manufacturing, retail and healthcare.
  • Leading enterprise UKG WFM implementations as a well-rounded consultant.
  • Forecasting to inform Advanced Scheduling based on historical data.
  • Analytics functionality within UKG WFM, both out of the box and tailored configuration based on client requirements.
  • Attestation and Clock configuration experience.
  • Strong experience with leading the policy review workstream to inform system design requirements.
  • Timekeeping experience, including Accruals.
  • DataHub technical experience, developing integrations to/from the DataHub platform to downstream systems.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • 2-5 years of experience with the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central (Legacy Kronos) Timekeeping module.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Demonstrated ability in supporting client projects, leveraging knowledge in Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Forecasting, and Labor Scheduling.
  • Experience in participating in or supporting global and/or multi-national UKG WFM and HR system implementations.
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a client site or within an EY office.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Large-scale project management experience, inclusive of global or multi-national client WFM project experience.
  • Global WFM consulting experience, knowledge of WFM and HR technology vendors, primarily UKG. Other technology solutions such as ADP, Workforce Software, Ceridian, PeopleSoft/Oracle, SAP, Workday, are desirable.
  • Common knowledge of WFM, with priority to UKG, business process activities; and ability to modify and apply processes depending upon client sector.
  • Strong numbers acumen, including analytical abilities and knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $120,800 to $188,600. What You’ll Bring

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Science discipline. Or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of direct acoustical consulting experience
  • Experience providing expert witness testimony in support of client projects
  • Demonstrated experience with CadnaA
  • Strong ability to organize and interpret data logically
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
  • Proven experience writing detailed technical reports
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to safety, including adherence to established Health & Safety protocols

  • Collaborate closely with ERM’s acoustic team and Acoustical Technical Community to ensure high-quality technical review
  • Conduct noise assessments for data centers, renewable energy, power generation, and natural gas projects
  • Prepare scopes of work, schedules, and cost estimates for noise impact studies
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently within defined scope, budget, and schedule
  • Mentor and support the development of junior staff
  • Conduct agency consultations and participate in site visits, agency meetings, and public meetings as needed
  • Represent clients as an expert witness at public meetings
  • Complete all work in accordance with ERM’s management system and quality standards

For the Managing Consultant, Noise Scientist/Engineer position, the anticipated annual base pay is $94,990 – $124,245 (USD) . Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
