You will perform subcontract administrator duties in support of the program, including:Ensure all artifacts necessary to build a compliant procurement document are present and adequateEngage with Subcontracts Manager Peer Reviewer to ensure compliant packages are presentedEngage with Subcontracts Manage Compliance for process complianceHelp develop subcontract specifications, statements of work and scope.Research and evaluate procurement sources and qualificationManage Compliant Placement of Purchase OrdersThis position does not support teleworking; the preferred candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in either:Titusville, FL, or Denver, CO, and be expected to work in the office.To be effective, ideally, you should also have:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management.3 years of professional experiencePrevious LM subcontracts/supply chain experience in Supply Chain Management (i.e Procurement, Subcontract Administration, Subcontract Management, Negotiation, proposal, and/or Category Management)Previous professional experience leading negotiations with suppliers to ensure cost and schedule objectives are captured in contractual commitmentsPrevious professional experience with the procurement and management of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment.Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and work well under pressureSelf Motivated with a demonstrated sense of urgency and ownership, and accountability for tasks/assignmentPossess effective relationship building skills with peers, leadership and suppliersYou bring positivity and enthusiasm to every project you touch.
