The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), under the direction of the Physical Therapist, will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy in the PAM Health System. The Physical Therapist Assistant will additionally be involved in the further development of the services. The Physical Therapist Assistant must be flexible to meet the needs of the system within many different facilities.

Qualifications

  • Education and Training: PTA license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
  • Experience: One year of clinical experience preferred.

Successful candidates will demonstrate an aptitude for efficiency, problem-solving, and resourcefulness, with a commitment to quality.Essential Functions:Act as a partner to the Business Area General Manager to assume responsibility for P&L Ownership of performance metrics including orders, sales, operating income, and Free Cash Flow (FCF).Communicates within and outside their function to explain and influence financial performance.Develop and present key financial metrics to executive leadership for the Joint Strategic Plan (JSP), Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Monthly Financial Reviews (MFR).Oversee Estimate of Completions (EACs) and profit impact assessmentsDevelop and present various ad hoc analysis and reports required to support Program Management Team and Sr. ManagementEnsure full compliance with ANSI/EIA-748 EVMS standards for projects with Gov't/DCMA reporting requirementsProvide weekly analysis and status of key drivers to financial forecasts.Actively recruit and develop the talent of program financial analysts. Focus on onboarding new hires with an emphasis on training and development.Focus on talent development and employee engagement. Establish clear performance goals and expectations for team members. Ensure periodic check-ins to status performance.Plan resources effectively to meet organizational demands and improvement initiatives.Drive process improvements in line with business objectives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement.Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the organization. Track monthly and quarterly performance to measure continuous improvement.Collaborate with proposal teams to ensure future business is priced appropriately. Understand risks and opportunities to the pricing submissions.Ability to obtain US Security ClearanceQualifications:Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years prior related experience or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
