The CNA Home Health Caregiver assists with personal care activities: bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, hair/skin care and feeding.

Other standard duties may include:

  • Assisting with medication management by reminding client to take medication as needed
  • Assisting the client with exercises, ambulation and transfer activities.
  • Performing household services essential to a clean, safe and healthy environment, including meal preparation, laundry and housekeeping to ensure that the client is receiving sanitary and safe care at home.
  • Providing basic emotional and psychological support to client and other members of the household
  • Assisting and client to physician, clinic, or other appointments.
  • Accompanying patient on walks and to social functions
  • Observing any changes in the clients' abilities and/or needs for safety issues and notifying the agency as appropriate
  • Documentation of care/activities provided will be submitted as per agency policy.

  • CNA Certification and License
  • Valid driver's license in good standing. Proof of auto insurance

  • Managing and evaluating individual/team performance and taking appropriate action to meet and/or exceed performance standards.

  • Self-performing or assisting other technicians on various maintenance and repair tasks as necessary.

  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
  • 5+ Years of experience in facilities repair or maintenance role with 2+years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience. (Required)
  • 3+ Years of experience in Data Center facilities support, contract management and change order process. (Required)

The pay range for this position is $72,900 - $131,600 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.
