Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults wherever they call home (Private residences, Senior Living Communities, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care)
  • Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
  • Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence
  • Document effectively within FOX's EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place

Physical Requirements

The Planning Coordinator –supports the execution of aircraft maintenance events (e.g., C-checks, D-checks, structural repairs, modifications, storage, reclamations and back shops) by ensuring seamless coordination between Planning, Purchasing, Contracts, Finance, Sales, Tooling, and Inventory departments. This role is critical to maintaining schedule integrity and ensuring all required materials, tooling, and parts are pre-positioned and ready prior to aircraft induction. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

  • Coordinate end-to-end readiness for maintenance checks, ensuring all, work packages are set up, required materials, consumables, rotables, and tooling are procured, received, and staged before aircraft induction.
  • Support work package set up with finance details, review and support contracts team with documentation and clarification.
  • Work closely with purchasing teams to monitor part orders, expedite critical components, and manage vendor follow-ups for shortages or delays.
  • Collaborate with inventory and stores personnel to track parts availability, confirm part locations, and identify substitutions for backordered items.
  • Partner with tooling teams to verify required GSE and calibrated tools are available, compliant, and allocated to upcoming checks.
  • Maintain and update planning dashboards and systems with real-time material and tooling readiness status.
  • Participate in daily readiness meetings and pre-induction reviews to provide updates on material/tooling gaps and action items.
  • Review aircraft work packages to verify that task cards have associated parts and tooling assigned and escalate discrepancies to planning or engineering.
  • Support post-check reviews by documenting shortages, delays, or planning issues and assisting in root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Responsibilities:
