Help create a clean, welcoming, and elevated guest experience at America First Field!

As a Premium Club Busser, you will support the Premium hospitality team by keeping club spaces, dining areas, buffet areas, and service stations clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready throughout events. This position plays an important role in supporting servers, line attendants, supervisors, and guests while helping maintain Levy's premium service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clear tables, remove used dishes, and wipe down dining surfaces throughout service.
  • Maintain cleanliness in premium clubs, dining areas, buffet areas, service stations, and guest-facing spaces.
  • Sweep, mop, pick up trash, and help keep club areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Assist servers, line attendants, supervisors, and Premium team members during busy event periods.
  • Replenish napkins, utensils, plates, condiments, and other guest-service supplies as needed.
  • Greet guests courteously and respond to guest needs in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Support setup, service, cleanup, and breakdown of premium dining spaces.
  • Monitor tables, counters, and service areas to ensure they remain guest-ready.
  • Follow all Levy, America First Field, food-safety, sanitation, hygiene, and workplace-safety procedures.
  • Properly handle, store, and organize supplies, dishes, equipment, and service items.
  • Communicate guest needs, product shortages, cleanliness concerns, or safety issues to Premium leadership.
  • Assist with product counts, cleanup, inventory organization, and month-end inventory as assigned.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned based on event and department needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Guest-service, food-service, restaurant, premium hospitality, or event experience is preferred but not required.
  • Friendly, professional, and team-focused attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to take direction.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well with servers, line attendants, supervisors, managers, and other team members.

  • Develop and update individualized plans of care including patient visit frequency to meet individual needs and risk identification.
  • Coordinate care across interdisciplinary teams including consultation with physicians and nurse partitioners.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education regarding disease process, self-care techniques, end-of-life care, medications, nutrition and dietary needs.
