Reduces wait times during peak traffic periods by utilizing Mobile Point of Sale, Satellite Registers and Expeditor stations. Partners appropriately to stock all Impulse futures and to identify checkout supply needs.
  • Human Resources / People Management - Creates and monitors the store's open requisitions and routes qualified applicants to the appropriate hiring manager. Coordinates the interview Talent Tryout process. Schedules and coordinates new hire orientations and training and administers ongoing associate training. Partners with the Sales Floor Supervisor and General Manager on training compliance. Reviews schedules and makes productive edits to further optimize resources.
  • Performance Standards - Supportive of company shrink and safety initiatives. Meets established performance standards for the role on a consistent basis, including (but not limited to) the company's iCAP (Credit) program, product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.

Job Summary

A Service Technician is the front line and point person for our brand to the rider and encourages successful, profitable retail by taking their technical expertise to the next level as a driver of outstanding in store brand experiences. How You'll Make a Difference

  • Meeting and making a connection with riders, asking qualifying questions and listening to riders' needs, then giving options and advice on meeting those needs from a pre-set service menu or tune ups and a la cart service.
  • Speak authoritatively on technical matters as they relate and pertain to our bicycles; be the expert

  • Responsible for properly taking in all service work and setting and exceeding rider expectations, including correctly filling out service work orders, scheduling an appropriate number of repairs

9. Assisting Residents with keeping their units neat, clean and orderly.

10. Answering emergency calls and attending to the Residents needs promptly.

11. All Resident Care Associates are required to participate in the communitys regularly scheduled in-service training programs. Upon request of the Resident Care Director, Resident Care Associates shall participate in specialized staff training programs and mandatory education requirements dictated by State Regulations.

12. Assists with escorting residents to meals and engagement as needed or directed.

13. Documents both scheduled and unscheduled service that are provided, including incidents, behaviors, and out of the ordinary events, including a residents refusal of services. Inputs information in to the community computer tracking system regarding services provided to residents.

14. Initiates, conducts and facilitates programming, including Habilitative / therapeutic groups and individual interaction, that offer cognitive stimulation, socialization, physical activity and spiritual connection.

15. Demonstrates Habilitative/therapeutic/Engagement conversation and redirection conversation with residents, offering appropriate cues.

16. Ability to manage difficult resident behaviors.

Education:

  • Ability to be flexible and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
