Quick Look:

  • Schedule: Full-Time Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM. Extremely light call obligation.

Practice Overview:

  • Broad Scope of Care: Provide outpatient primary care to an adult and geriatric demographic (ages 18+), managing chronic conditions such as metabolic syndrome, diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.
  • Clinical Duties: Conduct annual wellness visits, establish treatment plans, and perform minor outpatient skin procedures (biopsies, laceration repairs).
  • Quality Over Quantity: Manage a low-volume average of 1315 patients per day. Benefit from 30-minute slots for annual wellness visits and new patients, and 15-minute slots for follow-ups.
  • Leadership & Teaching: Provide clinical oversight and collaboration for the practice's Advanced Practice Providers (with direct bonus compensation tied to APP productivity).
  • Compensation & Benefits: The salary range for this role is $250,000 to $300,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.

Qualifications:

As our Hematology Oncology Physician, you will practice in a multispeciality clinic in the family friendly community of Bonney Lake, WA.
