What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at CORA, you’ll:

  • Make a powerful impact on your local community through inclusive physical therapy treatment.
  • Provide physical therapy treatment to patients in accordance with an established treatment plan as directed by a Physical Therapist.

Job Summary

Primary Duties:

  1. Responsible for the direct and indirect total nursing care of all patients within the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) within established standards of care, hospital and unit policies, procedures, and guidelines. PACU includes the pre-surgical, PACU phase 1, and PACU phase 2 areas.
  2. Assess and identify appropriate nursing diagnoses, plans, implements and evaluates patients' care. Develop, update, and coordinate the patient's plan of care to achieve patient goals and to optimize outcomes and transitions across the care continuum. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
  3. Perform and maintain currency of essential competencies as required by specific area of hire and populations served.
  4. Functions as a team player in ensuring nursing care compliance at times of patient crisis.
  5. Effectively advocate for ethical and holistic care by partnering in care planning to promote the autonomy, dignity, rights, values, and beliefs of those we serve.

GPT Representation and Strategic Influence: Represent Regulatory Affairs on Global Product Teams, provide strategic regulatory advice, and be accountable for all regulatory activities that shape development plans, risk management, and commercialization outcomes.

Health Authority Engagement: Lead strategy for major health authority interactions, responses to critical information requests, expedited pathway designations, BLA development and submission, major post-submission interactions, and complex labeling negotiations to secure competitive labels and timely approvals.

The Calibration Technician C will apply knowledge of measurement science, mathematics, physics, and electronics to calibrate inspection, measurement, and test equipment in the Acoustical, Chemical, Dimensional, DC/Low Frequency, RF/Microwave, Fluid, Mechanical, Optical, Thermodynamics, and Time & Frequency disciplines to ensure measurement accuracy. The Calibration Technician C will identify and utilize appropriate manual and automated measurement procedures.

This position will normally receive no instruction on work, applying job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a wide range of difficult tasks, and working on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations.   • Prepares and presents pre- and post-trial motions effectively.
  • Assists colleagues in resolving calendar conflicts in a collaborative manner.
  • Offers counsel to business clients on day-to-day legal matters.
  • Manages projects efficiently, fostering coordination and collaboration among legal teams.
  • Keeps abreast of and evaluates new laws, regulations, and case law; identifies and summarizes relevant issues; collaborates with other areas of the Law and
  • Regulation (L&R) department; provides proactive advice and counsel to business units on the impact of new laws; monitors legal representation.
Education
  • Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
Minimum Requirements

  • First or second chair jury trial experience is preferred.
