As an Equipment Technician at Trinity, you'll perform preventive maintenance and electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs to production and mechanical equipment, machinery, and components. You'll determine causes of operating problems, consult schematics, and order replacement parts. The Equipment Technician performs high voltage electrical repairs (e.g. controls, relays) and installs and repairs electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment following electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications using electrical and electronic test equipment. The technician also lays out, builds, tests, troubleshoots, repairs, and modifies production electronic components, parts, switch panels, etc.

What you'll do:

  • Perform basic preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment such as motors, conveyers, mechanical components, or electrical wiring and electrical components for production equipment.
  • Read blueprints.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting / 3 phase / equipment up to 600v.
  • Follow all safety rules and practices.
  • May be involved in safety committees or initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need:

  • 1-3 years' experience in related roll.
  • GED/ High School, Technical Training, Associates Degree in related studies are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

The Life Sharing Manager serves as a member of the Life Sharing leadership team reporting to the Life Sharing Coordinator. The Life Sharing Manager is responsible for providing operational leadership and filling the role of Life Sharing Specialist and Program Specialist for people receiving Life Sharing support in both typical and medically complex life sharing programs.

Life Sharing/Program Specialist
  • Manage and administer all aspects of assigned Life Sharing Programs and ensure quality service provision.
  • Perform specified Individual Support Plan (ISP) responsibilities of the Program Specialist position in accordance with the 6100 and 6500 Regulations/Quality Assurance & Improvement regulations and knowledge of Incident Management/EIM reporting.
  • Complete and maintain all training requirements of a Life Sharing Specialist/Program Specialist
Managing Daily Operations
  • Coordinate and monitor support provided to people in their homes and community with the intent of helping people to have valued social roles, explore their passions, realize their goals, and enjoy all aspects of life.
  • Support the Life Sharing Partner and other household members to serve as support for managing the progress of the goals in the person’s ISP, becoming familiar with their likes and dislikes, routines, and preferences and encouraging and supporting the person in ways that will bring out the best in them.
Program Management and Oversight
  • Preserve, enhance, and nurture a culture that empowers Life Sharing Partners to make positive differences in the lives of people, where everyone embraces person-centered planning, social connections, citizenship and other values expressed in The Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL) and Everyday Lives.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and county regulatory standards as well as all CCI policies and procedures and Partners For Quality Personnel Policies and Procedures.
Manage Health & Safety of People Supported
  • Educate people about their rights and encourage people to exercise their rights.
  • Work with the Life Sharing Coordinators and Life Sharing Nurses to gather pertinent information for regular updating of the Health Risk Screening Tool (HRST).
  • Review HRST results for people supported, including review and implementation of training and service considerations.
Professional Supervision and Development
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection of Life Sharing staff who support the vision of supporting people in both typical and medically complex Life Sharing programs.
  • Provide supervision, oversight, and mentoring to Life Sharing Partners and other Life Sharing Staff through regular meetings and consultations.
Professional Standards/Administrative Duties
  • Display a strong commitment to the accomplishment of CCI’s Mission and Vision.
  • Support and actively model values associated with CQL and Everyday Lives.
  • Understand, support, and ensure adherence to CCI policies and procedures and Partners For Quality Corporate Personnel Policies and Procedures.
