Primary Responsibilities Overview

  • Primarily responsible for leading daily operations in Back of House(BOH)

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Food Safety & Risk Management

  • Responsible for creating a Culture of Food Safety in Back of House and execution of Food Safety and Quality requirements ALL DAY EVERY DAY
  • Ensure Safe Daily Criticals are completed 4 times a day, every day(Assessment times: 6:30am , 10:30am, 2:30pm, 5:30pm)
  • Review Safe Daily Critical Findings and coaches leaders and team members on any gaps or issues
  • Conduct weekly eFSA & other in depth Food Safety Assessments
  • Resolve any food safety issues immediately and continually work to prevent food safety issues
  • Responsible for the Safety & Security of team members & guests
  • Ensure kitchen is always organized and standards for cleanliness are upheld ALL DAY EVERY DAY

Food Quality & Customer Experience

  • Monitor and drive execution of daily eRQAs
  • Reviews results and evaluates the effectiveness of food quality efforts
  • Conduct eRQAs with each Back of House Leader once a week across all day parts (breakfast, lunch, & dinner)
  • Identify areas of opportunity and coach on desired behaviors/practices, issue discipline if necessary
  • Manage AHA execution & metrics to ensure store ranks in Top 20% of chain and procedures are executed per the Chick-fil-A Standard
  • Analyze CEMs and Cares to identify areas of opportunity and share results with team

Financial Return

  • Partner with Director Team to manage/steward Food Cost
  • Develop and drive LEAN mindset in back of house to reduce waste

People Management

  • Responsible for managing & executing BOH scheduling and meeting Labor Productivity Targets
  • Responsible for covering shifts in BOH if no other leadership is available to work
  • Responsible for scheduling & executing bi weekly BOH Leadership Meetings/Huddles
  • Conduct monthly one on one meetings with BOH Leaders to coach and discuss individual growth opportunities
  • Responsible for the training and development of all BOH Leaders and Team Members
  • Reviews daily shift setups with back of house leaders & provide coaching on desired outcomes and behaviors if necessary
  • Lead authority for addressing BOH team member performance opportunities & Policy Handbook Violations (Use ESRC Model for performance issues)
  • Review all Back of House performance and disciplinary actions/issues with Talent Director on a weekly basis
  • Assist Talent Director with back of house team member performance reviews

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The Robinhood Command Center (RCC) is a newly formed reliability team that serves as the front line for detecting, coordinating, and mitigating production incidents across Robinhood.

As part of Robinhood’s broader reliability initiative, RCC works closely with product engineering, reliability, observability, infrastructure, and business teams to reduce customer impact and shorten incident duration.

As a Senior Engineer, you will be part of the founding RCC team, helping define how Robinhood responds to and learns from incidents at scale. This is a highly visible role focused on incident leadership, operational excellence, and reliability tooling. You will not own product services or core infrastructure, but you will own the processes and tools that enable fast, high-quality incident response.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience operating production systems

The Hivemind Solutions Perception team develops the next generation of perception capabilities for autonomous systems by combining state-of-the-art machine learning with the proven foundations of computer vision. The team advances how autonomous platforms understand and interpret the world by developing vision, vision-language (VLM), and vision-language-action (VLA) models that tackle core perception challenges such as object understanding, scene interpretation, and mission-relevant environmental awareness. Working at the intersection of research and production, our engineers build the data pipelines, supervised fine-tuning (SFT) workflows, evaluation frameworks, and deployment infrastructure needed to transform cutting-edge AI research into reliable, mission-ready perception capabilities.


In this role, you’ll develop and deploy advanced machine learning models that solve real-world perception challenges for autonomous systems. You’ll own major features from model development through deployment, working closely with machine learning researchers, perception engineers, autonomy engineers, and platform teams to bring cutting-edge AI capabilities into production. What You’ll Do:



  • Model Development – Design, train, fine-tune, and maintain state-of-the-art vision, vision-language, and vision-language-action models that improve perception and decision-making for autonomous systems.

  • Data Pipelines & Model Training – Build scalable data pipelines, supervised fine-tuning (SFT) workflows, and evaluation loops that continuously improve model performance on mission-relevant tasks.

  • Model Deployment & Optimization – Deploy and optimize machine learning models for embedded hardware using technologies such as ONNX, TensorRT, and hardware-accelerated inference frameworks.

  • Perception & Autonomy Applications – Apply modern machine learning techniques to solve challenging perception and autonomy problems across aerial and other autonomous systems operating in complex, real-world environments.

  • Research-to-Production – Translate cutting-edge machine learning research into production-ready capabilities by balancing model performance, robustness, computational efficiency, and operational reliability.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Partner closely with perception, autonomy, platform, and software engineering teams to integrate machine learning capabilities into mission-ready autonomous systems.

  • Model Evaluation & Validation – Develop benchmarks, testing methodologies, and evaluation frameworks to measure model performance, identify failure modes, and guide future improvements.

  • Continuous Improvement – Improve training infrastructure, developer tooling, deployment workflows, and model lifecycle management to accelerate experimentation and production delivery.


Required Qualifications:



  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years and a Master’s degree; or 2 years with a PhD; or equivalent work experience.

  • Prioficiency of machine learning fundamentals.

  • Experience training an deploying ML models for computer vision in a production setting.

  • Strong understanding of 3D vision problems/algorithms.

  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.

  • Demonstrated expertise in deploying models using TensorRT and ONNX.

  • Proficiency in C++ and Python.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate research into practical applications.

  • Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with developing autonomous systems for defense customers.

  • Experience with training/finetuning vision-language models, vision-language-action models, and/or world models.

  • Contributions to open-source projects in machine learning or computer vision.

  • Track recordof publications in leading computer vision and robotics conferences and journals (e.g., CVPR, ICCV/ECCV, RAL, ICRA).

In your role as a Staff / Principal Wafer Bonding Process Engineer within Micron Technology's DRAM Technology Development group, you will join a worldwide memory development organization.

You will contribute to developing modern wafer bonding process technology that keeps Micron at the forefront of memory technology. This position is important because it directly affects product quality, reliability, yield, cost savings, efficiency, and risk control.

You will initiate, develop, and fine-tune bonding processes while addressing manufacturing line challenges. You will also manage process, equipment, and material evaluations and improvements to apply changes at various process steps.

Your duties include leading and engaging in activities to improve yield and reduce costs, overseeing new process baseline qualifications, and collaborating with suppliers to achieve quality, cost, and risk objectives. You will use AI/ML/LLM tools to boost efficiency and maintain flawless operations.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Develop and optimize wafer bonding processes to enable next-generation DRAM technologies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience developing and driving wafer bonding technologies, process integration, or related semiconductor manufacturing processes.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: direct bonding, hybrid bonding, wafer thinning, de-bonding, or other advanced bonding technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to lead complex technical challenges, drive innovation, and deliver process improvements through data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams while independently leading projects, influencing technical direction, and delivering results.
