Job Summary and Qualifications
Role Summary:
Under the direction of the Day Center Supervisor (RN), he/she shall work as a member of a strong team to provide nursing care for the comfort and wellbeing of all participants. Triages participants; administers medications per MAR and facility standing orders; assist provider & Day Center Supervisor with ordering of: labs, procedures, consultation visits; changes dressings and provides wound care; serves as liaison, between providers, participants, staff, and families. Documents care delivery, patient condition, reaction and progress. Utilizes the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation), in the delivery of professional nursing care to the clinic population in accordance with physician practices policies and procedures. Collaborates care coordination with team RN’s, and prioritizes treatments according to urgency of needs. Provides patient education, especially in regard to pharmaceuticals and supports the business goals of the practice.
What qualifications you will need:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 15 days of employment start date
- First Aid Basic must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- (LPN/LVN) Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse
- Associate Degree, or Vocational School Graduate

Job Summary:
Perform all required duties related to the chemical analysis, tests and investigations on metal samples, alloys, or other process materials for the purpose of product certification, metallurgical control, developing new or improved grades and types of alloys, or production methods. Perform all required duties related to the prep of samples for chemical analysis and other tests.
Essential Job Functions/Duties:
- Operation of all lab instrumentation.
- Ability to produce product certifications and perform alloy identification of samples using the lab equipment.
- Ability to recognize results that fall outside of allowable specification ranges.
- Ability to trouble shoot and identify cause(s) of equipment malfunctions, with the ability to repair such malfunctions when possible.
- Aids in managing/maintaining all data, forms, reports, testing, and communications, as directed by the appropriate work instruction.
- Aids in creation of and maintenance of procedures that meet the requirements of NADCAP, AS9100, ISO17025, and all other required OEM accreditations.
- Maintains test samples and record keeping for all master heats of alloy.
- Reads and interprets blueprints, customer specifications, industry standards, quality control documents and work instructions.
- Participate and perform round robin testing both internal and external.
- Properly maintain the testing equipment used in the lab.
- Perform report-writing duties for issuing to customers for work performed in the Materials lab (Alloy qualifications, etc.)
- Responsible for adherence to all safety policies, practices and procedures.
- Ability to work hours in addition to the regular work week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Attendance/Reliability
- Ability to work at the Chittenango facility

Qualifications:
- Education: A minimum of a high school diploma with a good mathematical and chemical background. AS in Material Science or Chemistry preferred.

Job Summary:
Perform all required duties related to the chemical analysis, tests and investigations on metal samples, alloys, or other process materials for the purpose of product certification, metallurgical control, developing new or improved grades and types of alloys, or production methods. Perform all required duties related to the prep of samples for chemical analysis and other tests.
Essential Job Functions/Duties:
- Operation of all lab instrumentation.
- Ability to produce product certifications and perform alloy identification of samples using the lab equipment.
- Ability to recognize results that fall outside of allowable specification ranges.
- Ability to trouble shoot and identify cause(s) of equipment malfunctions, with the ability to repair such malfunctions when possible.
- Aids in managing/maintaining all data, forms, reports, testing, and communications, as directed by the appropriate work instruction.
- Aids in creation of and maintenance of procedures that meet the requirements of NADCAP, AS9100, ISO17025, and all other required OEM accreditations.
- Maintains test samples and record keeping for all master heats of alloy.
- Reads and interprets blueprints, customer specifications, industry standards, quality control documents and work instructions.
- Participate and perform round robin testing both internal and external.
- Properly maintain the testing equipment used in the lab.
- Perform report-writing duties for issuing to customers for work performed in the Materials lab (Alloy qualifications, etc.)
- Responsible for adherence to all safety policies, practices and procedures.
- Ability to work hours in addition to the regular work week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Attendance/Reliability
- Ability to work at the Chittenango facility

Qualifications:
- Education: A minimum of a high school diploma with a good mathematical and chemical background. AS in Material Science or Chemistry preferred.

Primary Purpose:
Wax Cleaner/Assembly consistently and accurately cleans wax molds in preparation for assembly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cleans and assembles wax patterns to specifications using various tools.
- Visually inspect wax patterns for defects.
- Accurately code numbers on patterns for identification.
- Recognize and understand the cause of defects in wax patterns.
- Meet and maintain quality requirements.
- Maintain workstation and equipment in a clean, safe, and orderly manner.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Extensive repetitive motion of the hands, wrists and arms.
- Able to use small, fine tools.
- Good attendance record required.

What you will do:
Duties and Responsibilities of an Injection Molding Technician (Molder I)
- Perform daily checks which include: making sure dies are clean, temperature and pressure gauges of wax press machine are correct, wax levels in press machine and melting pots are correct, and hydraulic leaks are not present. (Die: a tool used to create a wax mold.)
- Retrieve aluminum dies from storage area
- Consistently produce wax molds which meet engineering specifications for quality while maintaining quantity requirements.
- Recognize defects in wax patterns and what causes each type of defect.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Must be able to understand and follow work instructions provided in English.
- Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be able to lift from floor to waist level up to 50 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodation(s).
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds frequently with or without reasonable accommodation(s).

What it will be like:
Working Environment

Primary Purpose:
Responsible to operate and maintain titanium casting furnace to produce castings or ingots.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operates and maintains titanium casting furnace.
- MIG weld electrodes to be used for the casting process.
- Complete all tracking and documentation as required.
- Adhere to all department and company procedures and policies.
- Load molds in burnout ovens.
- Train casting helpers.
- Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
- Participate in safety improvement through observations and teamwork improvement events.
- Be accountable for working safely by following all safety rules and safe work practices.
- Meets established production rates consistent with quality expectations.
- Assists with general departmental clean-up which may include sweeping and shoveling of debris.
