Our Delivery Drivers start at $35.78 per hour PLUS overtime after 40!

Main Ingredients of the Job

  • Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times

  • Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas

  • Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures

  • Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable

  • Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experience

  • Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspection

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift required

  • Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift) required

What You Bring to the Table

  • Register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse*

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications

  • Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry required

  • Ability to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locations

  • Must be able to read and communicate in the English language - able to hold a conversation, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries,  and to enter information on reports and records.

As the leader of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for:

  • Being in charge of all maintenance operations at the community and providing leadership and inspiration to the maintenance team
  • Ensuring that vacant apartment homes are ready to lease in a timely manner
  • Utilizing your troubleshooting and technical skills to identify and resolve issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water and security systems
  • Working closely with residents to help with general maintenance issues including appliance, cabinet, flooring, drywall and other repairs

  • Performing preventive maintenance on essential equipment to prevent interruption of services to our residents
Qualifications:

  • HVAC/EPA certification and Fair Housing training is required

Regional Leasing Consultant - The District at Biltmore Luxury Apartment Homes (a premier class A 227-unit mid-rise community located in the Camelback Corridor) – Phoenix, AZ.

As a key member of our property operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Touring and presenting the community in a compelling way and assisting prospective residents with finding the right apartment home
  • Managing the leasing/renewal process from start to finish
  • Keeping an eye on what our competitors are doing by monitoring local market trends and updating property comparables
  • Inspecting vacant apartment homes to ensure they are ready for our new residents to move in and enjoy
  • Planning and coordinating fun and festive resident functions throughout the year
  • Building strong working relationships with our residents by providing outstanding customer service
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in multifamily real estate, retail sales, hotel/hospitality, or customer service
  • Previous leasing experience is a plus but not a requirement
  • Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills are necessary
  • Working experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Hotel or hospitality industry working as a concierge, guest services representative, front desk attendant, or reservations agent is a plus

Pay Range: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Are you a hands-on warehouse leader who enjoys coaching employees, solving problems and driving operational excellence? Join Uline as a Distribution Manager and lead from the warehouse floor, staying connected to daily operations while developing high-performing teams and delivering the exceptional service our customers count on. You'll help lead Uline's distribution operations in Pleasant Prairie, spanning over 1.5 million square feet.

Position Responsibilities 

  • Lead by example on the warehouse floor, working alongside employees to ensure high levels of accuracy, productivity and safety.

  • Direct all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.

  • Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead a team of 500+ employees through daily feedback and hands-on leadership.

  • Drive operational excellence through accountability and continuous improvement to deliver industry-leading service and same-day shipping.

  • Investigate operational challenges, remove barriers and implement practical, data-driven improvements that strengthen warehouse performance.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 7+ years leading high-volume distribution operations, including direct leadership of warehouse managers and teams of 400+ people.

  • Proven success improving productivity, quality and safety through operational leadership.

  • Experience leading with KPIs, performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS).

  • Strong problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
