Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO GROW


GROW — Installation Technician | $18–$25/hour
Learn the trade. Work alongside experienced installers. Build your skills.

LEAD — Crew / Team Lead | $25–$30/hour
Develop your installation and leadership skills. Lead jobs and help develop your crew.

SUCCEED — Production / Leadership | $30–$35/hour
Take on greater responsibility, lead people and help drive production.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
