  • Verify construction work against plans, specifications, approved submittals, and manufacturer requirements through routine inspections
  • Coordinate municipal inspections, third-party testing, surveying, and required quality-control activities
  • Track punch-list items and drive timely completion before turnover
  • Protect completed work from weather, construction activity, damage, and interference from other trades
  • Direct subcontractors and USO field personnel while verifying adequate manpower, supervision, and jobsite performance
  • Lead recurring subcontractor coordination meetings and resolve sequencing, access, scope, and field conflicts
  • Communicate professionally with owners, inspectors, design teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project staff

  • Review, verify, and approve time-and-material tickets, field time sheets, delivery tickets, and supporting cost documentation
  • Maintain current field copies of RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, and approved changes
  • Document field conditions that may result in RFIs, change orders, backcharges, or schedule impacts
