Broad River Retail is currently seeking a Furniture Handler Specialist to join our new IQ OPS Team operating out of our Fort Mill DC Location. This well-organized team will partner with DC and Retail Operations and be customer-facing. This team will support our surrounding retail locations with inventory transfers, receiving of inventory, loading and unloading of furniture, furniture prep and assembly in addition to floor moves and repackaging of sold product.

Day in the Life as a Memory Maker:

  • Loads & unloads trucks at warehouse and retail locations manually or with hand trucks without damaging products.
  • Identify and communicate any physical damage to IQ Ops Professional
  • Use barcode scanner to systemically receive inventory.
  • Assemble items for showroom display
  • Disassemble and/or wrap sold product for customer pick up or transfer.
  • Maintain buildings, grounds, tools and equipment as an area of pride.
  • Exhibit personal excellence by accepting cross-training opportunities with a desire to Furnish Life's best Memories for our internal and external customers.
  • Maintain personal and facility safety by following all material handling and safety guidelines.
  • Operating recycling machinery.
  • Sorting and processing dunnage.

Rewarding Work You Will Do:

The Palliative Care Navigator manages scheduling for NP providers, assists with patient care coordination, and oversees administrative tasks for the Palliative Team.

  • Collaborates with team members in the management of scheduling for New Admissions, Attending, and face-to-face visits.
  • Manages all incoming processes for Palliative admissions and discharges. Collaborates with the Hospice Teams to achieve effective transfers between hospice and palliative care needs when appropriate.

The hiring salary for this position is $44,880.42 annually. Charles County Government is seeking a dynamic Revenue Specialist to perform cashier work for the County Treasurer's office. This work will include collecting and posting to appropriate accounts, taxes, fees, and other monies paid to the County.

Essential Job Functions

Verifies, collects, and posts County revenue to appropriate accounts for taxes, water, accounts receivable, recordation tax, permits, red light and parking tickets, MVA, dog tags, animal citations, deposits from other County offices and agencies, and any other revenue due to the County. • Alcohol Awareness Certification (i.e Serv Save, TIPs, etc) required
• Food handling certificate a plus
• Fluent in English; able to speak, read, write
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
• Ability to transport items up to 30 pounds
• Remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shift
• Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding

JEMA is looking for an Interior Designer / Architect who will be a self-motivated, vocal member of our team. While we provide a flexible work environment, the selected candidate must live in the St. Louis area and be able to regularly work in the office, attend in-person meetings and site visits, and be a collaborative member of our team both in-person and virtually.

This role will be primarily focused on interior design but requires working knowledge of architecture, allowing the candidate to move fluidly between interiors and broader project architecture responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Participate in the design and/or documentation of interiors for all types of JEMA projects.
  • Collaborate with the project design team at each phase of the project including programming, schematic design, design development, and documentation in Revit.
  • Generate programming questionnaires, space planning concepts, and 3D perspective views for presentation to the client.
  • Research finishes and create finish palettes and present options to the client.
  • Partner with the business development team during presentations to potential clients.
  • Communicate with product reps and help manage the interior products library.
  • Share knowledge of interiors with Architecture staff and apply architectural knowledge to support interiors work.
  • Review building code, accessibility compliance and zoning/ordinance restrictions as they relate to interior spaces.
  • Work collaboratively with all staff, coordinate project work, and serve as a mentor to junior staff.
  • Manage workload and effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in interior design and/or architecture, including corporate and multi-family projects.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required.
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam and project scheduling software (e.g., Monograph) a plus.
  • Experience in all phases of design, documentation, and construction administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to voice their opinions and ideas in a well-articulated manner.
