Outside Sales Representative - Regional Account Manager
Noraxon USA Inc
Boston, MA

Job Description

Job Description
Are you a proven B2B outside sales professional who knows how to build and grow a territory through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and new customer acquisition?

Noraxon is actively searching for a driven Regional Account Manager to grow our Northeast territory. This is a remote, field-based outside sales role for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, opening new accounts, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term customer relationships.

Noraxon develops advanced hardware and software solutions that help researchers, clinicians, and performance professionals measure, analyze, and understand human movement. You do not need industry experience. We can teach you our technology and markets. What we're looking for is someone who already knows how to prospect, develop a territory, and win B2B business.

If you know how to open doors, build a territory, and win new business, we'll teach you the technology.

About the Job

You'll take ownership of an established Northeast territory with existing customers and market presence, while your primary growth opportunity will come from developing and winning new business. A major part of your success will come from generating your own pipeline and developing new accounts. You'll identify prospects, make the first contact, earn the meeting, uncover opportunities, demonstrate solutions, develop proposals, negotiate, close business, and grow customer relationships.

This is an opportunity to take the outside sales and territory development skills you've already proven and apply them to a more technical, specialized sales environment. Noraxon provides comprehensive product and market training along with ongoing technical and customer support.

This is a remote role, but candidate must currently reside in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, or Maine to be considered.

What You'll Do
  • Sell Noraxon products and services to Research and Rehabilitation Markets, including university and hospital research departments, outpatient physical therapy, university sports medicine, and professional sports teams
  • Build and grow your territory through proactive prospecting and new customer acquisition
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, outbound outreach, networking, referrals, conferences, and account research
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and close
  • Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve revenue and growth objectives
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Manage opportunities, sales activities, pipeline, and forecasting through the company CRM
  • Travel throughout the territory to meet prospects and customers
  • Represent Noraxon at assigned conferences and trade shows
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical, and customer support teams

What We're Looking For – Required Qualifications
  • Several years of successful B2B sales or capital equipment sales experience
  • Strong outside / field sales experience
  • Demonstrated experience building, developing, and growing a sales territory
  • Proven ability to generate your own pipeline through proactive prospecting, outbound sales, cold calling, and new customer acquisition
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or quota
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Experience working within a structured sales process
  • Strong territory planning, organization, time management, and pipeline management skills
  • Comfortable learning and demonstrating technical products
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, resilient, and comfortable working independently
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Ability to travel approximately 25–50%

Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience
  • Technical sales, capital equipment sales, office technology, or similar B2B products or services experience

Why Join Noraxon?

At Noraxon, you'll represent industry-leading technology at the intersection of healthcare, sports performance, biomechanics, and human movement science. Our solutions help clinicians improve patient outcomes, researchers advance scientific discovery, and elite athletes optimize performance.

This is an opportunity to take the sales skills you've already developed and apply them in a specialized, technical market. You'll work with respected organizations across healthcare, research, rehabilitation, and sports performance while representing an established product portfolio.
You'll have ownership of a territory with an existing customer base and market presence, along with significant opportunity to grow through new business development. Noraxon provides comprehensive product training and the support of collaborative sales, technical, and customer support teams.

If you've built your career in a prospecting-driven B2B sales environment—developing a territory, cold calling, meeting customers in the field, managing a sales pipeline, and winning new accounts—your experience can translate very well to this opportunity.

We'll teach you our technology. Bring us your ability to build a territory, create opportunities, and win business.
