KBS Builders Inc.
new england, nd
Compensation: 40.000 - 60.000

Builders, Developers, and General Contractors

KBS Builders collaborates with like-minded builders who are dedicated to implementing innovative building techniques for the construction of high-quality modular structures. By establishing relationships with licensed builders, general contractors, and developers across New England, we mutually benefit from broader educational outreach on the advantages of modular construction , increased exposure of our collective work’s quality, increased productivity and reduced project timelines.

How Do Our Building Partners Benefit?

Builders are essential to every modular construction project. Our Sales Team actively participates in industry events and collaborates with networking partners to generate interest in our construction process. All sales inquiries are diligently tracked and assessed to ensure comprehensive project information is captured. We engage with established licensed contractors in the geographical region to secure availability and interest.

Training

The KBS training program will provide builders with design, engineering, assembly, and practical applications necessary to complete modular home construction.

Our modular building process facilitates the bulk procurement of building supplies, thereby reducing market price fluctuations while upholding high-quality standards. The collaborative development of preliminary project plans further ensures adherence to budgetary constraints.

Schedule Certainty

KBS employs skilled builders, electricians, and plumbers who operate within our manufacturing facility to fabricate modular units. Concurrently, on-site preparations can take place for the delivery and installation of the modular boxes, resulting in a streamlined project timeline.

Fully Customizable

Standardization is important to the manufacturing process, but our ability to customize almost every aspect of a home or commercial project is what sets KBS apart in the market. This allows our clients to build to the code minimum or a higher performance standard including net zero designs and passive house.

Quality Construction Built to Your Standards

Premium materials and a controlled working environment make our volumetric buildings perform better, time tested and are backed by industry-leading warranties.

Responsibilities

Every project we take on is unique and tailored to the specific location and adheres to local building codes and ordinances, as well as the functional and stylistic choices of the homeowner. As part of our process, we will create a Responsibility Matrix to delineate what is included in our contract and what the builder will be accountable for.
