Position Overview

The General/Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, profitability, and growth of multiple rental locations. The General Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maximizing profitability, ensuring superior customer service, and developing high-performing teams at each branch. Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and develop branch managers and staff.

  • Resolve escalated customer issues and operational challenges.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure all locations consistently deliver excellent customer service.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with all local laws, insurance regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in car rental, automotive, hospitality, or similar operations, including multi-location management.

  • Strong understanding of fleet management, pricing strategies, and operational KPIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – What you’ll do

• Team Leadership: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, in-store training, and inclusive team activities.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As Chief Executive Officer, you will direct and lead the overall operations of Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley. In partnership with the Board of Directors, you will ensure the organization advances its Catholic mission with strategic clarity, operational excellence, and financial sustainability. You will serve as the chief steward of the agency’s culture, resources, and public presence — ensuring alignment with Board policies, Archdiocesan expectations, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mission & Governance Leadership – Partner with the Board of Directors and the Archdiocese to set vision and strategic direction; ensure programs, policies, and culture reflect the agency’s Catholic identity and governing bylaws.
  • Organizational & Operational Leadership – Provide executive oversight of all programs and services, fostering a high-performing, mission-driven culture. Ensure effective talent development, succession planning, regulatory compliance, and operational discipline across the organization.
  • Financial Stewardship & Sustainability – Safeguard the agency’s fiscal health through strong financial management, data-informed decision-making, diversified revenue strategies, and long-term sustainability planning.
  • Fundraising & Resource Development – Actively cultivate major donors and key funding partners; support innovative funding models and partner with development leadership to expand philanthropic and institutional support.
  • Community Leadership & External Relations – Serve as the primary ambassador for the organization, strengthening relationships with parishes, other related archdiocesan ministries, community organizations, funders, and civic leaders to advance the mission and expand impact throughout the region.
  • Communications & Public Presence – Elevate the agency’s visibility and reputation through strategic communications and public engagement, ensuring messaging reflects mission, values, and community impact.

Direct reports include Director of Finance and Administration, Senior Director of Programs and Strategy, Director of Northern Counties, Director of Marketing and Development, and Senior Executive Administrator.

IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will bring a compelling combination of mission-driven leadership, executive management expertise, and financial sophistication to lead a complex, multi-service human services organization.

  • Seasoned Executive Leadership – 8+ years of progressive leadership, including senior executive experience in nonprofit, human services, healthcare, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Financial & Business Acumen – Expertise in budgeting, fiscal oversight, long-range planning, and managing diverse funding streams.
  • Fundraising & Resource Development – Proven success cultivating major donors, institutional funders, and partnering with boards to expand support.
  • Operational & Organizational Leadership – Experience leading multi-program or multi-site operations, driving performance, and strengthening infrastructure.
  • Board Partnership & Governance – Skilled in reporting to and collaborating with boards on strategy, transparency, and shared leadership.
  • Regulatory & Risk Management – Knowledge of compliance, government contracting, grants, and risk management in social service or regulated environments.
  • Human Capital Leadership – Strong background in team development, succession planning, and fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Social Service Standards & Community Systems – Familiarity with national standards, best practices, and community partnerships supporting vulnerable populations.
  • Educational Background – Advanced degree preferred (MSW, MPA, MBA, or related) or equivalent executive experience.

The Deposits 2.0 team is dedicated to developing innovative solutions aimed at modernizing our core deposits products and platform. As a Product Manager in Deposits 2.0, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end‑to‑end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top‑tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Creates product and feature onboarding flows and customer guidance (checklists, tours, progressive disclosure) in partnership with Design and Engineering.
  • Defines the activation strategy, activation criteria, and leading indicators for each customer segment; set clear OKRs for activation and early retention.
  • Owns the activation funnel end‑to‑end; analyze friction points via pathing, funnel, and cohort analysis; prioritizes fixes that reduce time to first value.
  • Create services that allow for rapid experimentation (A/B and multivariate) across onboarding, messaging, and feature discovery with statistical rigor and data ethics guardrails.
  • Improve feature discoverability and adoption through smart nudges, in‑app guidance, and customer education content.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Hands‑on familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, and lifecycle messaging platforms; ability to define event schemas and measurement plans.
  • Cross‑functional leadership across Product, Design, Engineering, Data/Analytics, Product Marketing in a matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Demonstrated track record improving activation and early retention at scale, with quantified outcomes (e.g., increased activation rate, reduced time to first value).
  • Strong analytical skills: funnel/cohort analysis, retention curves, experiment design and power calculations; proficiency with SQL and product analytics concepts.
  • Experience designing and shipping in‑product onboarding and guidance (checklists, tours, progressive disclosure) in partnership with Design and Engineering.
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
