Responsibilities

  • The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) has overall responsibility for managing daily operations of a single restaurant (10‑45 employees), ensuring guest satisfaction and desired restaurant outcomes (increased sales, profitability, and employee retention).
  • The RGM leads the restaurant management team and oversees financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and Pizza Hut compliance across all shifts.
  • The RGM must be able to work long and/or irregular shifts, including extra shifts as needed, for the proper functioning of the restaurant.
  • This position is overseen by an Area Coach (AC) and directly manages Team Members, Delivery Drivers, Shift Managers and Assistant Managers.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Complete all internal certification programs.
  • 1‑2 years of restaurant management experience.

Knowledgeable and skillful in lab functions and lab proficiency testing.
  • Maintains excellent clinical competency by adhering to the standard clinical expectations for Riverside Medical Group. Includes updating, verifying, and maintaining patient records by properly interviewing the patient and confirming purpose of visit. Prepares patient for examination by obtaining vital signs proficiently (including manual vital signs when mechanical devices are not available). Prepares and sanitizes exam rooms before and after patient appointments. Administers medications and vaccines under the supervision of a physician. Assists with processing prescription refill requests for approval and forwarding to pharmacies. Maintains medical inventory of supplies and keeps exam rooms stocked appropriately. Keeps any necessary equipment in operating order and facilitates preventive maintenance when needed. Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations with scope of practice, HIPAA, and OSHA standards. Completes all required competencies and education to maintain skill level to provide safe patient care.
  • Provides patient education as needed and educates patients about the medications prescribed. Demonstrates positive patient care by explaining the importance of completing registration and patient medical history forms and how it relates to their care at our facility. Provides patient follow up with a sense of urgency regarding lab calls, patient phone calls, prescription fills and refills, referrals and appointment scheduling.
  • Answers telephone calls from patients, pharmacies, physicians, vendors, etc. by close of business. Communicates lab/pathology results and schedules additional tests per provider order.
  • Ensures proper reimbursement from insurance companies by performing pre‑authorization for prescription drugs, procedures, and patient tests.
  • Demonstrates the ability to build trusting collaborative relationships with a multi‑disciplinary team to support patient care needs. Actively participates in multi‑disciplinary team meetings as assigned.
