Manage SS Accounting Department: Direct the daily accounting process for the SS Accounting Department. Manage staff and ensure daily accounting processes are performed on a timely basis, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with all company Financial Policies and Practices. Provide training and guidance as needed. Monthly Close: Ensure the monthly close is completed accurately and meets all deadlines (1.5 days), including the transmission of consolidated financial results to the Consolidations Group by the target time. Group Guidance & Process Improvement: Establish and communicate reporting time-frames and requirements to all Divisions. Continuously drive closing process improvements across Canon USA. Technical Compliance & Research: Act as the authoritative subject matter expert on accounting principles and financial reporting rules. Financial and SOX Audits: Strategically manage all audit requests from both Internal and External Auditors (Financial and SOX), ensuring timely, accurate responses and comprehensive support. Qualifications & Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 10 years of related experience. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required, MBA a plus. Experience: Extensive progressive experience in managing a corporate accounting group, with a proven track record of managing complex processes and multiple operating systems. Experience with Oracle and/or SAP is preferred. Audit experience in a public accounting firm(s) is highly preferred. POSITION SUMMARY:

Under general supervision, the Delivery Account Manager performs a variety of customer service, administrative, and account management duties in support of customers including: order processing, customer relations, strategy, and sales support functions. Employees in this job class will be responsible for replenishing product in customer facilities and vending machines in accordance with a pre-designated schedule and/or customer requests, and managing win/win relationships with customers through timely research and response to customer inquiries, order status and resolving production, shipping and scheduling issues. Additional responsibilities include fulfilling orders and managing product inventory levels, including loading and transportation of products from warehouse to customer sites and troubleshooting minor issues affecting vending machines when applicable. This position requires the ability to effectively communicate and provide sales support with third party customers at different levels of leadership, work independently, safely operate assigned vehicles, navigate to various locations, and maintain inventory accuracy.

TYPICAL DUTIES:

1. *Load and unload product into assigned vehicle in a safe, efficient, and organized manner, while maintaining a clean company vehicle.
2. *Responsible for understanding PRIDE’s capabilities and recognizing customer needs while aligning both to grow customer relationships.
3. *Record and adjust inventory levels using customer software and minimizing exposure to excess and obsolete inventory.
